Points for choosing Itagaki
Attracted by the company's extensive experience, he switched to Itagaki.
My previous job was in the customer service industry, which required shift work, but my child was still young and I felt that I wanted to spend more time with him, so I decided to change jobs. I have always loved manufacturing and wanted to be involved in the manufacturing industry where things take shape, so I was excited when I was introduced to Itagaki through the public employment placement business (Hello Work). I remember that my interest was piqued and I immediately applied for the job. I was anxious about changing jobs from no experience, but after joining the company, kind and diligent employees carefully taught me the ropes. All of them have pride and passion for their work. Watching their backs, I am inspired every day to be like them.

What I value in my work
Every bolt is an important asset to the company.
I am entrusted with ordering materials, managing inventory, and preparing materials to be submitted to clients. I always take great care not to run out of the materials I use, and I proceed with careful arrangements because delays or mistakes can affect delivery dates. I work with the awareness that even a single small bolt is an important asset to the company. Although it is a job that can be done without being able to read drawings, if I can read drawings, the accuracy and efficiency of my work improves, so I am currently learning from everyone. Another attraction of Itagaki is that we regularly hold study sessions on welding and construction. Knowledge of these topics makes my work run more smoothly, so I am actively trying to understand and improve my skills in work outside of my own duties.

Balancing work and private life
A fulfilling job gives you more time for your personal life.
The Procurement Department is an important first step in the production of a product. Therefore, I am conscious of working in cooperation with others in anticipation of the completion and delivery of products, such as devising more efficient ordering methods after hearing necessary information from each department and adjusting order timing based on delivery dates. What I value as a coordinator is that I do not immediately say, “I can't do it,” even in difficult consultations. I try to find ways to solve problems by looking for ways to make it possible or changing the order of priorities. In addition, since it is easy to take paid vacations and my working style is stable, I have more time and space in my private life for both parents and children. I am keenly aware of the lack of communication that I have had in the past, and at the same time, I am filled with gratitude that I am now able to spend invaluable time together with my child on vacation.

For job seekers
Appreciate an environment that recognizes employees' efforts
At Itagaki, there are many women who are raising children, and we also have male employees who are taking childcare leave. Our company has a system that supports employees who are serious about their work, so please do not give up because you are raising a child. Not all jobs are easy, but we have an environment that supports inexperienced employees through study groups and qualification incentives Program. And you will feel great joy in being involved in urban development. A commercial facility called “Irohagura Park,” in which I myself was involved in ordering materials, is scheduled to open in the spring of 2025, and I can't wait to go see it with my children. I look forward to seeing it with my children. Let's work together in Itagaki to create a wonderful town!
Let's create the future Itagaki together
