1868
Bunjihei Itagaki founded a forging shop in Torii-cho, Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture.
1941 Manufacture munitions.
1946 Manufactures parts for construction, hardware, and agricultural machinery.
1961 Started lightweight steel processing.
1965 Acquired land for a factory in Nunome, Tsuruoka City (currently Misaki Town).
1966 Construction of the first phase of the Nunome Factory began, and operations began in October, with the start of heavy-duty steel frame processing.
1969 Reorganized as a joint-stock company on April 1, 2014, marking the 100th anniversary of its operation. Increased the capital to 5 million yen.
Moved the headquarters factory to the Nunome factory.
1974 Increased capital to 20 million yen.
1980 Opened Sendai sales office.
1981 Steel structure manufacturing factory H grade certification.
1990 In January, signed a provisional contract for a factory site with the Mikawa-cho Land Development Public Corporation and the Mikawa Tenjindo Industrial Park.
In May, the sales contract and the head office factory started.
On December 2nd, upon completion of construction, the head office factory was moved and started operations.
1992 Acquisition of factory land for the second phase of construction of Mikawa Development Public Corporation.
The Itagaki Tekkokai was established (28 companies).
1995 In July, Chairman Hiroshi Itagaki received the Minister of Construction Commendation.
In December, Tokyo sales office opened.
1997 In January, certified as a designated factory by the Tokyo Finance Bureau.
1999 In May, the capital was increased to 40 million yen.
2002 In May, Masayuki Itagaki was appointed as president and representative director, and Hiroshi Itagaki was appointed as chairman and representative director at the same time.
2004 In October, the Tokyo office was moved to Toranomon 1-chome, Minato-ku.
In November, Chairman Hiroshi Itagaki receives the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays.
2006 In October, the Tokyo sales office was promoted to the Tokyo branch.
2008 Started accepting foreign technical intern trainees
2011 In June, the Sendai sales office was relocated to Honmachi 2-chome, Aoba-ku.
2018 In August, a first-class architect office was established.
2019
In August, the company name was changed from "Itagaki Tekkosho Corporation" to "Itagaki Corporation"
2022
In September, moved the Tokyo branch to Kyobashi and
established the Tokyo head office. Establish a dual head office structure.
